What sizes do you offer?

We offer a curated size range and aim to be as inclusive as possible. Size charts are available on each product page. If you need help choosing the right size, feel free to reach out.

Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?

Yes, limited custom sizing or minor alterations may be available on select pieces. Please contact us before placing your order for customization details.

What fabrics do you use?

We work primarily with natural and breathable fabrics such as cottons, linens, and blends that feel good on the skin. Fabric details are mentioned in each product description.

Is your brand sustainable or slow fashion?

Yes. We believe in slow fashion—small batches, mindful production, ethical practices, and designs meant to be worn for years, not seasons.

How do I care for my garments?

We generally recommend gentle hand wash or gentle machine wash to maintain fabric quality and longevity.

 Are your products ready-to-wear or made-to-order?

Our products include both ready-to-wear and made-to-order pieces. Each product page clearly mentions the availability and estimated dispatch timeline.

How do I choose the right size?

A detailed size chart is provided on every product page. If you’re between sizes or unsure, you can contact us for guidance before placing your order.

Do the products have lining or inner layers?

Lining details are mentioned on the product page where applicable. Many of our designs are intentionally lightweight and breathable, in line with our design philosophy.

 Will the product look exactly like the pictures?

While we strive for accurate representation, slight variations in color, texture, or placement of handcrafted details may occur. These variations are a natural part of slow fashion.

How durable are the garments?

Our products are designed to be long-lasting when cared for properly. Quality stitching, thoughtful construction, and durable fabrics are central to our design process.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We typically deliver within 5-7 business days across India. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding internationally soon!

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Please contact us immediately at aramourbyaradhanakedia@gmail.com. We'll do our best to help, but once an order is processed, modifications may not be possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real-time.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or exchange immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Please note that returns requested after 3 days are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available only if you initiate your return within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days, we offer exchanges only.

What items cannot be returned or exchanged?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or have tags removed.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it's shipped. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our detailed size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us for personalized assistance.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Yes, our pieces are designed to fit true to size. However, each product page includes specific fit notes to help you choose confidently.

What if the size doesn't fit?

No worries! You can exchange it for a different size within 7 days of delivery. Just make sure the item is unworn with tags attached.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. All payments are processed securely.

Is it safe to use my card on your website?

Yes, absolutely. We use secure payment gateways that encrypt your information to ensure safe transactions.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we accept online payments only. We're working on adding COD as an option soon.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Currently, each order can only be paid using one payment method.

Can I visit a physical store?

Currently, Aramour is online only. However, we do participate in exhibitions and pop-ups. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated on where you can see our collection in person.
